چکیده

Abstract The supply and processing of materials for highly stressed components are usually cost-intensive. Efforts to achieve cost resource efficiency lead more complex structures contours. Additive manufacturing steps component repair production offer significant economic advantages. Machining needs be coordinated with additive in a complementary way produce functional surfaces suitable the demands. Regarding inhomogeneity anisotropy microstructure properties as well production-related stresses, great deal knowledge is still required efficient use by small- medium-size enterprises, especially interactions subsequent machining these difficult-to-machine materials. Therefore, investigations on influences were carried out using innovative cost-intensive NiCrMo alloy (IN725). These alloys applied claddings welding gas metal arc processes. For welded specimens, adequate solidification morphology, property profile investigated. machinability terms finishing milling comparative analyses ultrasonic-assisted processes was examined focussing surface integrity. It shown that appropriate cutting parameters superimposed oscillating tool direction rotation significantly reduce mechanical loads workpiece surface. This contributes ensure high integrity, when has without cooling lubricants.

Laser cladding of copper base alloys onto Al Si7 Mg0.3

Certain copper alloys have proved to be suitable for laser cladding onto aluminium base. By using the blown powder technique with a 1.5 KW C02 laser, clads without cracks or porosity have been produced. The base material has the composition Al Si7 Mg0.3 and the clads are made from alloyed copper with varying contents of Ni, Fe, Si and Al. Aluminium dilution in the clad can be kept lower than 1 ...

Optimizing Electrochemical Buffing Control Parameters for Surface Finishing of Ultrahigh Purity Components

Electrochemical buffing technology (ECB) applies electrochemical and mechanical finishing characteristics in the surface finishing process. ECB can buff ultrahigh purity components to make them shine, without leaving residual stress, micro-cracks, and etc. The control parameters of the ECB process include current density, the rate of revolution of the buffing head, the buffing pressure on the s...

Synthesis oF Fe-TiC Hard Coating From Ilmenite via Laser Cladding

The aim of this work was to synthesize TiC reinforced coating on carbon steel via reduction of ilmenite powder. A mixture of ilmenite and graphite was pre-placed on AISI 1020 steel surface. The effect of the addition of excess graphite amounts on the progress of synthesis of carbide particles was studied. The evolution of phases in different coatings was analysed via X-ray diffraction and scann...
